Meeting Dr Who’s Peter Capaldi
Whilst visiting Cardiff Bay Official over the weekend, April carer David Haslam accompanying service user Lewis Hill (pictured), were pleasantly surprised when a familiar face from the telly took time out from reading Charles Dickens to come and say hello!
Doctor Who‘s Peter Capaldi, greeted and chatted with David and Lewis for a short while, and much to David and Lewis’ delight Peter even stopped long enough to have his photo taken.
I guess, you never know who you will bump into in the bustling bay of Cardiff.
